Under his supervision, Indian dishes, cooked according to traditional recipes, get a harmony of taste, flavor and visual perfection. Delicate chicken or pike perch fillet in tandoor, roasted lamb meat in Kashmiri style, thali, salmon kebab in Goa style, hot Indian cakes, homemade panir cheese and, of course, hits of a vegan menu – Bengal Bharta and pineapple curry with coconut milk. A good combination of spices is a key to cooking all meals, where Indian chefs, and our chef in particular, have no equal!
